4.1 Check-in and check-out
When you stay at one of our establishments, we will collect and process your personal data in order to (i) register your arrival and departure at Hotel Rössli; (ii) assign you a key card for your room; (iii) obtain a credit card guarantee or deposit to ensure payment for your stay; (iv) manage (and archive) your registration card; (v) create and update your profile in our management system; (vi) verify your eligibility for a room upgrade and manage it if applicable; (vii) manage payment for your stay; (viii) create, print, or send an invoice for your stay; and (ix) pay a commission to your travel advisor (if applicable).
